The Education Team monitors current climate education policies worldwide to ensure climate literacy continues to be an important education issue. We work with international environmental and education organizations to ensure our message on climate literacy continues to evolve through our efforts to increase our youth engagement , gender equality, civic engagement and green jobs resources.

 EARTHDAY.ORG Education provides the advocacy toolkits for K-12 and young adults to continue building the monumental to pressure politicians to reform current educational practices to integrate climate literacy into every school curriculum. We also advocate for civic engagement and increase green job opportunities for young adults worldwide.

EARTHDAY.ORG’s Climate Literacy Campaign seeks compulsory climate education in primary and secondary schools worldwide and is asking for global leaders to solidify their commitments to implementing ambitious education system change at COP27.
