Working on an art project can relieve stress, strengthen critical thinking skills and improve and sustain memory. Viewing art can relieve mental exhaustion in the same way the outdoors does — walking in nature, losing oneself in music and admiring art directly influence health and life expectancy.

Artists for the Earth is a global campaign to connect with arts organizations and artists everywhere. The mission is to engage the public with the critical issues of the environment.

Artists for the Earth displays works of art centered on the environment, enlists educators to integrate arts programming about the environment into their curricula and generates a global conversation about climate change.
